Welcome to Creative Birthing. I am Cordelia Addison, a certified doula. My aim is to support you in creating a positive birthing experience for you, your partner and
your baby.
The journey into motherhood is one of the biggest transitions in a woman’s life. From the moment you find out your are pregnant, to seeing your belly grow and first feeling your baby move, to the moment when you feel your first contractions you are experiencing new feelings and sensations.
It is a magical time as your body, life and spirit undergo so many changes. Important questions come up. Am I doing the best I can for my unborn baby? How will it be to give birth for the first time? or Can I do it differently this time? Together we look at these questions and many more.
I offer a holistic approach to supporting you through pregnancy and birth. The pregnancy circle, private coaching and birth rituals can further enrich your experience in the pregnancy and prepare you for the upcoming birth. We recognize and honour the profound impact birthing and becoming a mother has on a woman’s life.
